Swati Mukherjee is a retired school teacher and a private coach specialising in English instruction for students at the Secondary and Senior Secondary levels. With over 40 years of experience in the educational field, she is actively involved in fundraising efforts, outreach initiatives to visit schools, and initiatives aimed at dispelling menstrual myths.

Priyanka Tripathy
Priyanka Tripathy contributes to the Web Development & Outreach Team. Priyanka is a Product Manager currently building digital experiences for a yoga app, bringing 7 years of experience spanning product and customer success in the tech industry. At Spriha, she contributes to web development and outreach, helping shape the organisation's digital presence.

Paulami
Paulami is an Assistant Professor of English at Khandra College in West Bengal, with seven years of experience in literature and language teaching. Her research includes war literature, contemporary American fiction, and graphic novels, along with a growing interest in Indian literary trends. As a manga and comics enthusiast, she creates engaging content for Spriha’s social media, combining academic rigor with creative storytelling to enhance the organization’s presence.

Tonisha Guin
Tonisha, an Assistant Professor of English Literary and Cultural Studies at IIT Jodhpur, is the driving force behind Spriha’s educational dialogues. Her expertise in cultural theory and pedagogy enriches the Learn with Spriha initiative, where she moderates panel discussions and lecture series. By facilitating thought-provoking conversations, she bridges academia and public discourse, empowering audiences through knowledge exchange.

Subhoshree Bhowmick
Subhoshree is a Kolkata-based queer artist and entrepreneur whose work thrives on simplicity and self-expression. Balancing business management with her artistic passions, she infuses Spriha’s social media with visually striking creatives that resonate deeply with audiences. Beyond design, she plays a key role in resource procurement, ensuring the team has the tools to thrive. Her introspective nature and love for slow, intentional living inspire her minimalist yet powerful aesthetic.

Alminhaz Karim
Alminhaz is a practicing lawyer at the Calcutta High Court, offering sharp legal acumen to guide Spriha through compliance and procedural frameworks. As a trusted advisor, he ensures the organization navigates legal landscapes confidently, safeguarding its mission while fostering ethical governance. Beyond legal oversight, Alminhaz actively contributes to capacity-building initiatives, equipping Spriha’s team with the legal knowledge necessary for informed decision-making.

Sinjini Banerjee
Sinjini Banerjee is a B.Com (Hons.) graduate in Accounting and Finance from Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata. She currently works as a Business Development Executive at Knuts.in and previously held the position of Field and Intern Manager at Spriha Society, where she now contributes as the Operations Manager. With expertise in operations management and team coordination, Sinjini is dedicated to social impact and efficient execution, leveraging her strong communication and leadership skills.

Pramila Majumdar
Pramila Majumdar is a retired Associate Professor of English, dedicated to teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students in English, through online and in-person methods. She actively engages in educational activities and has a strong commitment to assisting economically disadvantaged individuals. Due to certain physical disabilities, she faces mobility challenges that restrict her ability to travel frequently.
